5月19日晚间，韦尔股份（603501.SH）发布公告称，公司中文名称拟变更为豪威集成电路（集团）股份有限公司，英文名称拟变更为OmniVision Integrated Circuits Group,Inc.，A股证券简称拟变更为豪威集团，证券代码不变更。
韦尔股份称，公司同日召开第六届董事会第四十五次会议，审议通过了《关于变更公司名称及证券简称的议案》，拟对公司名称、证券简称进行变更。其中，拟变更公司名称事项尚需提交公司股东大会审议。
对于此次更名的原因，韦尔股份解释称，根据公司目前主营产品品牌影响力及产品类型占比，为了更加全面地体现公司的产业布局和实际情况，准确反映公司未来战略发展方向，便于集团化管理及精细化管控，进一步发挥公司品牌效应及品牌优势，提升市场影响力，同时增加投资者对公司业务情况的理解和投资判断，拟将公司名称变更。
据公告披露，韦尔股份于2019年完成了对全球前三大图像传感器芯片设计公司豪威科技的收购，逐步构建了图像传感器解决方案、显示解决方案和模拟解决方案三大业务体系。2024年公司半导体设计业务中，公司图像传感器解决方案业务实现营业收入191.90亿元，占主营业务收入的比例为74.76%。
“本次变更公司名称、证券简称事项是基于公司战略规划及经营业务开展需要，符合公司战略规划和整体利益，不存在利用变更名称影响公司股价、误导投资者的情形，也不存在损害公司和中小股东利益的情形。”韦尔股份在公告中称。
南财快讯记者注意到，检索“韦尔股份官网”出现的就是韦尔—豪威集团OmniVision Group，在公司介绍一栏，豪威集团也排名靠前。
官网显示，豪威集团-上海韦尔半导体股份有限公司（603501.SH）是全球排名前列的中国半导体设计公司。集团研发中心与业务网络遍布全球，2024年出货量超过110亿颗。
此外，韦尔股份官方微信公众号也一直为豪威集团。据变更记录，韦尔股份于2022年6月注册“OmniVision”，7月账号迁移改名“豪威集团 OmniVision”。
截至5月19日收盘，韦尔股份报128.22元/股，总市值1560.37亿元。

1月13日晚，国联证券发布公告，公司拟将中文名称变更为国联民生证券股份有限公司，英文名称变更为Guolian Minsheng Securities Company Limited，A股、H股证券简称变更为“国联民生”。
“鉴于公司发行A股股份购买民生证券股份有限公司99.26%股份并募集配套资金等事项已经中国证监会核准通过，基于公司战略发展需要，同时使公司名称更为全面、准确地反映公司基本情况及未来发展规划，公司拟变更公司名称及证券简称。”国联证券在变更理由中写道。
澎湃新闻注意到，本次拟变更公司名称已获国家市场监督管理总局预核准，待股东大会审议通过后，国联证券将及时向市场监督管理部门申请办理工商变更登记手续，变更后的公司名称以市场监督管理部门的最终登记为准。
此外，国联证券拟变更的证券简称尚需经上海证券交易所、香港联合交易所有限公司审核。
经中国证监会核准通过，国联证券目前已完成本次重组所涉及的标的资产交割过户及新股发行工作。公司本次重组发行股份购买资产发行新股数量为26.4亿股，已于2025年1月3日在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司上海分公司办理完成股份登记手续。
本次发行完成后，国联证券总股本由28.32亿股增加至54.72亿股，注册资本由人民币28.32亿元增加至人民币54.72亿元。
值得注意的是，“国联证券+民生证券”是新“国九条”后首单券商并购重组过会项目。2024年4月26日，国联证券发布关于筹划重大资产重组事项的停牌公告，拉开与民生证券重组大幕以来，至收到证监会批复，“国联证券+民生证券”重组仅历时8个月。
截至1月13日收盘，国联证券A股收报11.23元，涨0.45%；港股收报3.79港元，跌0.26%。
